Gaston College baseball continues producing 4-year collegiate talent with 12 more signees

Gaston College has fast become one of the best junior colleges for developing talent in the country.

This spring and summer, 11 more Rhinos have signed to play with four-year colleges this fall.

The total gives Gaston College 57 four-year signees in its four years as a program under head coach Shohn Doty.

This year's group of signees includes five two-year Rhinos in Jackson Berini (College of Charleston), Brandon Crabtree (Catawba), Conner Frail (College of Charleston), Nick Lundquist (Stonehill College) and Clayton Sherwood (Florida International) and six one-year Rhinos in Sam Dansky (The Citadel), Tucker Holland (UNC Greensboro), Alex Sobol (UNC Wilmington), Alex Tawa (Erskine), Jake Young (Queens) and Noah Zimmerman (High Point).

Frail, Crabtree and Zimmerman were All-Region 10 in the spring for Gaston College, which finished 41-15-1 overall and Region 10 runner-up while earning a national ranking in its fourth straight season.
